Hansen 2323 Colfax St Blair NE 68008 Re: VACANT LOT BC TL 627 11 -18 -11 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hansen, You are in violation for a nuisance of noxious weeds, grasses and worthless vegetation on the City right of way along South street (See attached photos). The owner of each lot abutting a street or highway within the City limits is responsible for maintaining the space between the property line and the curb free and clear of noxious weeds and debris and to keep the grass mowed shorter than 12 inches. Therefore, we are requesting that you mow the area along the curb and maintain the grass shorter than 12 inches. According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt of this letter or a citation will be issued. We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about September 8, 2010. Again, if the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
