This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property located at the
above address for one or more of the following code violations:
Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation
XX Section 6- 319.06 Nuisances (Tree on property is overhanging public
right of way. Tree needs to be cut so there is an 8' clearance above the
surface of the sidewalk and a 16' clearance above street over city right of
way. See enclosed photos.)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has been taken care of,
would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community.
Five (5) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to assure
the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the violation still
exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of the date of the
formal notice as per the attached code.
On behalf of the citizens of Blair, I would like to thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation
in this matter.
