Tree needs to be cut so there is an 8' clearance above the surface of the sidewalk and a 16' clearance above street over city right of way. See enclosed photos.) Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has been taken care of, would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community. Five (5) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
