RE: Contractor's License with the City of Blair in reference to building permit #13273 for Donald & Karen
Roach, 10642 Co Rd 29, Blair, NE 68008
Dear Mr. Bennett,
We have received information regarding the above building permit in which you are listed as the General
Contractor that you have not paid a sub - contractor that worked under you on this project nor have you requested
a final inspection on this project.
The Blair Licensing Board, at their next regular meeting on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 8:00 a.m., will consider
possible revocation of a General Contractor Registration for Jack Bennett dba Elkhorn Home Improvement
based on the following concerns:
1) Complaint from sub - contractor regarding non - payment,
2) Failure to obtain a final inspection for project completion.
You are encouraged to attend this meeting to address the Board showing just cause as to why your Contractor
Registration with the City of Blair should not be revoked. Failure to attend this meeting will result in automatic
revocation of the registration and will restrict you from obtaining any future permits within the city limits of
Blair and its two mile jurisdiction.
