On August 2, 2010, you appeared before the Blair Licensing Board regarding the following issues:
1) Complaint from sub - contractor regarding non - payment,
2) Failure to obtain a fmal inspection for project completion.
At this meeting, the Board granted you an extension until August 16, 2010 in regards to the revocation of your
Contractor Registration allowing you additional time to correct the above concerns. To date, we have not heard
from you.
Please contact us regarding the status of your obligation in regards to the above permit. Failure to submit any
information that you have corrected the above issues could result in automatic revocation of the registration and
will restrict you from obtaining any future permits within the city limits of Blair and its two mile jurisdiction.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and we look forward to hearing from you no later than August 25,
2010.
