This is a violation of the Blair Municipal Code. Enclosed is a copy of the code, which states it is unlawful to obstruct City right of way. The obstructions mentioned above should be re -located onto private property. Also, it was noted you have a vehicle with recently expired tags. If you have not already brought the tags current, please do so before September 1, 2010. We would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community.
