COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska:
Section 1. The following notes, in accordance with their option provisions are hereby
called for payment on September 28, 2010, after which date interest on the notes will cease:
Water System Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2007A, of the City of Blair,
Nebraska, date of original issue - May 3, 2007, in the principal amount of Six Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($6,500,000.00), numbered as shown on the books of the
Paying Agent and Registrar, in denomination of $5,000 each, becoming due and bearing
interest as follows:

Said notes are hereinafter referred to as the "Refunded Notes."
Said notes are subject to redemption at any time on or after June 15, 2010, at par
and accrued interest, and said interest is payable semiannually. Said notes were
authorized by ordinance and were issued for the purpose of providing interim
financing pending the issuance of revenue bonds of the City for the cost of
enlarging, expanding and improving the City's waterworks plant and system.
Section 2. Said notes are to be paid off at the office of the Treasurer of the City of Blair,
Nebraska, as paying agent and registrar (the "Paying Agent ").
Section 3. A true copy of this resolution shall be filed immediately with the Paying
Agent, and the Paying Agent is hereby instructed to mail notice (or otherwise give notice to Cede
& Co. in the manner acceptable to Cede & Co.) to each registered owner of said notes not less
than thirty days prior to the date fixed for redemption, all in accordance with the Ordinance
authorizing the Refunded Notes.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER JENSEN.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, CHRISTIANSEN,
WOLFF, ABBOTT AND JENSEN VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED
AND APPROVED THIS 24TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2010.
