complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been fully corrected.
The violation is for Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter (Around Shed -See
Enclosed Photos).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about October 4, 2010.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
