Dear Mr. Schlachter,
It has been brought to our attention that you are possibly dumping used oil on
your property near the north side of your garage. This is a violation of City Code,
Article 5 Nuisances, as well as a violation of federal EPA rules. Citizens can
dispose of used oil by contacting any of the local service stations that will take the
oil for free.
If you have been dumping used oil on your property, please discontinue this
violation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
