RE: City property /Conditional Use Permit
Dear Mr. Hanner,

Attached is a copy of the letter dated October 10, 2008 sent to you notifying you were in default on the
conditions of your lease to use the city property and in violation of your conditional use permit.
At that time, you contacted a City Council member requesting some additional time to comply. We have given
you an additional (18) months and the property looks worse than it did in October of 2008. Therefore, you are
hereby notified that you "must" have all items, including equipment, removed from the city property by
November 15, 2010 and be in full compliance with your salvage conditional use permit by having all items,
including equipment and containers, stored inside the dikes.
The area inside the dikes is the only area permitted to be used by your business per your conditional use permit.
Your lease with the city only permitted you to use the city property for an office building, parking of vehicles
for you and your employees and provide direct access to your property inside the dike area. Failure to comply
will result in termination of any use of city property and a hearing in front of the Planning Commission and City
Council to show just cause why your conditional use permit should not be revoked.
We have worked hard over the years to help you find a place to grow your business. Now we need you to be
responsible for runnin your business as it has been approved.
