Dixon Road Blair, NE 68008 RE: City Property /Conditional Use Permit Dear Mr. Hanner, I recently observed your place of business and found the property to be in an appalling condition. On May 13, 2008, the City Council granted you a conditional use permit to operate your business at the above address with the condition all storage of salvage material and containers would be located inside the dike area. On July 15, 2008, you signed a lease agreement for the use of the city property agreeing to keep all salvage material and containers off the city owned property, utilizing only the building for an office and vehicle parking. You are in complete violation of your conditional use permit and lease agreement with the city. Therefore, unless you are in full compliance with both the conditional use permit and lease agreement by November 14, 2008, or we will forward both issues to the City Council to consider revoking them.
