In consideration, of being permitted to utilize the Blair City Neihardt Park
facilities on Friday, October 26 and/or Saturday, October 27, 2007 from dusk until 2:00
a.m., the undersigned assumes all risks of damage or Toss either to his / her person,
cast members and/or crew members from any and all causes, including but not limited
to negligence, violation of law, or willful misconduct on the part of the City of Blair, its
employees or agents, during the time the undersigned has access to the City of Blair
property indicated above. It is understood that the City of Blair, it's employees or
agents, shall incur no liability or obligation to the undersigned, his / her heirs,
successors or assignees for any damages, injury or other loss that the undersigned may
have as a result of his/her gaining access to City of Blair property. Further, the
undersigned must fully comply with all safety requirements of the City of Blair.

Mr, Green,
My name is Sandy Veneziano, Adjunct Professor, Teaching and Practice, at The
Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, UNL. I am mentoring Robby DeFrai_n, film
department senior, on his thesis film this fall. Regarding Robby shooting on location at
your Neihardt Park facilities — Robby will be accompanied by a total of 7 cast members
and no more than 7 crew members. All liability is placed on the students during this film
shoot. Robby will pay for any and all damage incurred on the property in full, but I
assure you that this will not be an issue with Robby to begin with.
He is planning on shooting there Friday, O ctober 26, and /or Saturday, _October _27_,_
dusk until 2 a.m.
Robby has been granted permission by the City of Lincoln Department of Parks &
Recreation to shoot on their Wilderness Park premises from dusk until dawn on Friday,
October 19 through Sunday, October 21. Robby has been working primarily with Mary
Johnson at the Parks & Recreation administrative office (402 -441 -7847) as well as their
secretary, Janet.
