s ^Thereas picnic tables and park benches have been purchased for use
in the City Parks, and
whereas City funds to maintain and supply the park areas are
limited:
It is recommended that tables and benches are not to be loaned to
individual citizens for any private purpose.
On rare special occasions tables or benches may be loaned at the
discretion of the Park Superintendent, Dale ctricklett, to other
branches of city government or to Blair orpanizations sponsoring* ally
city events clearly for the betterment of the City of Blair.
When benches and tables are loaned, the Park Superintendent shall
keep close supervision over the Timber loaned and the time limit of
the loan so that an adequate supply will remain in the parks et all
times.
The Park superintendent shall closely supervise and keen a record
of the number of city items loaned a nd shall have the name, address,
and phone number of thelocal citizen responsible in each situation.
