The meeting was called to order by Presir en : )Iarilvn Gentry. :a.ernbers present
were halph Steger, George Wilson, Marilyn Gentry and Judy nick. Memb -rs absent

Ralph Stcyer suggested we start planning for 1989 . treesplantgs on cite pro—
perty and that noug bullock be invited to the August :aeetin of the trey beard.
This rzeeting to be immediately after the regular Park Board meeting.
George reported that the branding iron is done and ready for use.
A long discussion e.ae held ccncerning the Rese Carden. Judy called and talked
to 'alter :iuber to see if there had been eny response to the article in the
Lnte3.prise. 4alter has received very Lltelt : response. Help from some Civic
Organizations and the Chamber of Commerce will be solicited in hopes of corning up
with a solution.
Judy reported on the Nebraska sir: Breeding Project. This will be turned over
to George Grube fer any follow up.

Ralph reported that new tree and shrub plantings ere doing fine.
