The meeting was ca:.led to order by Marilyn Gent:y. Members present were Steyer,
Wilson, Gentry, Sick and Solomon. Member absent wee Boger Hohenoee. Also
present were Bob Macholan and Eli Churchich.
Old Business:
Gene Solomon ana George Wtleon re=ported that they had audited Ralph Steyer's
books on the arboretum fund end had found everything in order.
Fabph Steyer reported that he had had no contact with Gary La.drar..
hew business:

board. The concer.sus of ooenion is that we wculd need additional. *conies +r•2
than the Lion's club donation and our own budget to buy desired equipment. It
was suggested that board members approach other civic organizations to see if
they might want to contribute.
Ralph Steger brought u9 the fact that the nursery will need to be moved
bark to the old location. He reported that Dome Bullock said e roA weeld he
rut in from the south and water pined down from the resevoir.
President Gentry reported that arplication for money from the Non Game
iildlife Cooperative Conservation Program is due in the state office nc later
than Fen. 15. =a meaner was given a copy of last years application and asked
to bring ideas to the February meeting.
