June 7, 1990
The meeting was called to order by President George Wilson.
Members present were Wilson, e absent were Roger
Greg -
present was Ralph Steyer. Members
Gentry and Gene Solomon.
The minutes of the May meeting were read and approved.
The following items were discussed but for lack of a quorum
no action was taken.
1. The need to elect a secretary.
2. Wilson reported that he had called Eli Churchich about the
play ground equipment 0 order. It should be delivered
within a week or ten days.
3. Wilson reported that he had talked to Rod Storm and had
reviewed the proposed budget with him.
4. Dale Stricklett expressed the need to order playground � `� f'0nr "
earlier so it might be put in place when park personnel
is not so busy mowing.
5. Concern for the big slide at Steyer Park was again discussed.
Dale Stricklett suggested to Wilson it might be placed in
the park so it conformed to the side of a hill and thus
lessen the danger of a possible fall. Stricklett has in
mind a hill not too far from the location
where
