Eight grills for R. V. Park and five grills for other areas are to be purchased, cost unknown at this meeting. It was moved by Wilson, seconded by Gentry to purchase eight picnic tables (two from recycled materials) for the R. V. Park. Motion carried. Motion by Gentry to purchase two slides for parks. Cost delivered is $3,401.00, seconded by Wilson. Motion carried. The discussion on the nursery continued. Question was raised as to the need for a nursery. Perhaps a smaller more sophisticated endeavor with input from the Future Friends of the Arboretum to be pursued. This will be carried over to the January meeting. Rod Storm gave a report on a new location for a skating rink to be located in the Lion's North Park location. Since this meeting a temporary rink has been located on school property west of the North School.
