February 6, 1992 Minutes
A motion was made by Bob Leonard and seconded by Bill Trisdale to approve
the minutes of the January 2nd meeting as mailed. Motion carried.
Richard Gentry nominated Bob Leonard for President with a second by Bill
Trisdale. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Gene Solomon to elect Jim Peterson to the position
of Vice - President. The motion was seconded by Richard Gentry. Motion carried.
George Wilson reported that vehicle insurance is acquired by bids received
by the city officials.
There was a discussion about submission of bids for the RV campground which
will be coming up February 14, 1992. A letter from Rod Storm was passed around
for study. It is believed the work on the "park" will be too late for planting.
A discussion was held about the hiring of a professional arborist to
replace the park foreman when he retires. It was the general feeling that a
professional arborist could be hired for the same salary that is now being paid
the park foreman.
Ralph Steyer prepared an outline of the projects and programs to be
411 accomplished in the parks during 1992.

Trisdale. Motion carried.
