Ralph Steyer reported that in the nursery, there are 18 trees
to be moved or replanted by tree spade, 4 by hand and 6 by backhoe
which should all be moved in near future; there are 55 shrubs to be
replanted by tree spade and 49 by backhoe which are designated for
trails, and 14 Evergreens (16 ft) to be replanted with 5 being
moved by backhoe, 3 by hand and 6 by tree spade. There are also
many containers in the greenhouse that need to be moved by the end

the trails on the tree inventory map. The whole process of
preparing this map will probably take all summer. Jim Peterson
will contact the state arboretum office regarding this map. Dutch
Elm disease is still a problem that needs to be addressed.
