2189ORDINANCE NO. 2189 COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1103 (6) OF THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE REFERENCING ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND USES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1 Section 1103 (6) of the Blair Zoning Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit: (6) The maximum allowable height of an accessory building, at its highest point, shall be the greater of: a) The height of the primary structure or the maximum height allowed in the base zoning district, whichever is less, or b) Twenty (20) feet. For purposes of this provision, height shall mean vertical distance measured from the average elevation of the finished grade of the building to the highest point of the building. SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 13TH day of JULY, 2010.
