PERMIT RENEWAL FEE:
This fee is based on the amount of the original permit fee and is charged when work is not
completed within two years and the permit expires. Renewals will only be allowed with the
stipulation that all exterior site work and outside finish work is completed and interior life -
safety issues have been properly address. Permit renewals are for one (1) year, with a
maximum of two (2) renewals for a maximum permit span of four (4) years.

commenced until I have received a copy of a permit signed by the Building Inspector. I hereby agree to
perform the proposed work in accordance with the specifications set forth above and in accordance with the
codes /ordinances of the City of Blair and the State of Nebraska. I understand that this permit is void if work
is not commenced within 180 days or is not completed within two (2) years of date of issue.

AGREEMENT
This Agreement made this 1; day of "Ie- 2009, by and between
Carr Properties, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, of 816 Washington
Street, P.O. Box 485, Blair, Nebraska, hereinafter known as "CARR "; and J.K.P.
Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company of 1129 20th Avenue
Circle, Blair, Nebraska, hereafter known as "LONG ".
WHEREAS, CARR owns cert4in properties described as:
Tax Lot 259 in Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 11
East of the 6th P.M., in the City of Blair, Washington
County, Nebraska;
hereafter known as "259 "; and
WHEREAS, Long owns certain properties described as:
Tax Lot 252 in Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 11
East of the 6th P.M., in the City 'of Blair, Washington County,
Nebraska;
hereinafter known as "252 "; and
WHEREAS 252 and 259 are immediately adjacent properties along the
north edge of U.S. Highway 30 in the City of Blair, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into an Agreement to pave the
remaining unpaved portion of the entry from U.S. Highway 30 on to 252 and 259;
and
NOW, THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION of the following mutual
covenants and conditions the parties agree as follows:
1... CARR agrees to pave the remaining unpaved portion of an entry
from U.S. Highway 30 on to Tax Lot 259 and Tax Lot 252 at CARR'S sole cost.
Said paving shall be with concrete and be completed on or before December 1,
2010.
2. In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration Long agrees that it shall have no objection to CARR paving the
portion of the entry leading to and lying on Tax Lot 252.
3. Long further agrees that it shall not in anyway interfere with
CARR'S paving of Tax Lot 252 and CARR agrees that it shall notify Long when
any paving shall occur and the exact location of that paving.
4. CARR further agrees that it shall hold Long harmless from any
damages that may be incurred to persons or property in the process of paving Tax
Lot 252 and Tax Lot 259.
This Agreement shall binding upon the heirs, representatives and assigns of
each of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this Agreement on the
date first abovesaid in duplicate.
