This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your
property located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation
XX Section 4 -501 Nuisances (Obstruction of bushes on city
right of way — Bushes must be trimmed)
back away from alley way.)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has
been taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a
clean, neat and safe community.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is
determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the
violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If
an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
