LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BC Lot 8 & Pt of VAC St Blk 70 112 PC 5
DELIVER DATE: June 2, 2010
As a courtesy, you are hereby notified that you are in violation of Blair City Code
Section 4-506. You have permitted, allowed or are maintaining growth of twelve inches
or more in height of weeds, grasses or worthless vegetation at the real estate described
hereinabove.
Please be advised if you fail or refuse to properly mow and maintain the
property within five (5) days of date of delivery of this Notice, the City will hire a
contractor to eliminate the violation on the property. Any such costs for the
removal of any weeds, grasses or worthless vegetation shall immediately become
due and payable, jointly and severally from the property owners and adult
occupants of the above-described real estate. If you fail or refuse to pay the
costs thereof, the City will levy the fee against your property in the form of
special assessments.
In addition, failure to comply with this notice may subject you to criminal
prosecution pursuant to City of Blair Municipal Code Section 4-602, which upon
conviction thereof will subject you to a fine of up to $200.00.
Please be advised this is a one-time courtesy. If you fail to properly maintain your
property, the City will hire the appropriate contractor to eliminate the violation and bill
property owners accordingly. Your property will I
