Could you please write a letter stating the Zoning and permitted uses for the legal description
enclosed herewith, as Exhibit A. Located on the property are the Deerfield Apartments in the
Deerfield Subdivision. Could you further state in the letter, that there are no Zoning Violations
that you are aware of. I would appreciate it if you could get this out as soon as possible. I need
the letter for a Closing that is to take place on Tuesday Morning. Therefore, if you could call me
