premises is governed by the laws and regulations of the City of Blair,
Nebraska. The Premises in question has been zoned for Business and
Commercial Retail under CCB (Central Business District). The aforesaid
zoning does allow "Art Galleries" as a permitted use which complies with
current zoning regulations. These regulations are attached for your
reference.
As long as a business is located in the proper zoning district and
complies with these regulations, the City of Blair does not require a separate
business permit.
