Our office attempted to make contact regarding the above property directly to your bank with
Kim at (248) 312 -2000, Ext. 5605 as well as with Camille Hawk (402) 330 -6300, an attorney
handling this file. A sign was also posted on the property for five (5) days. However, no response
was received from either party or to the sign posting. Therefore, the City of Blair hired an
individual to mow this property on July 9, 2010.
Enclosed please find an invoice for this mowing. The City of Blair will levy special assessments
against this property in the amount of $150.00 to recoup the cost of mowing and administration.
If you: would prefer to NOT have special assessments levied against this property, full payment
of the attached invoice is required no later than Monday, August 9, 2010. This matter will be
placed on the August 10, 2010 City Council agenda for action.
