Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that there are a few unlicensed and /or inoperable
vehicles owned by tenants of your Deerfield Apartment complex in Blair. Please be advised these
vehicles are in violation of Section 6- 333 -Junk Accumulation and are a violation against the
Property owner.
Therefore, we have enclosed a "Courtesy Notice" for your convenience to distribute to
your tenants requesting they remove and /or fix the noted violations against your property.
We will re- inspect your property on or after June 1, 2010 to insure all violations have
been resolved. If any violations still remain, you, as property owner, will receive a formal notice
to abate the violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice or a ticket will be
issued. If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact
me at (402) 426 -4191.

for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community.
