Dear Ms. Pira:
On or about April 23, 2010, you received a formal letter notifying you that a complaint
had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the violation has only
partially been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation - Unlicensed Trailer (One with blue car on top of
it), Inoperable unlicensed maroon SUV, car rims, tires and parts.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt of
this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about May 4, 2010. Again, if the
violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
