We have received a complaint regarding trash accumulation including cigarette
butts, papers, beer bottles, etc. behind your building and along the alley. Also note the
trash has accumulated a little to the east of your building. (See photos included.)
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid
and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes referencing
nuisances and trash containers. This is a violation of city code and we will re- inspect the
property on March 9, 2010 to determine if the violation has been corrected.
If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please
contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris.
