Dear Mr. & Mrs. Reed:
We have received a complaint regarding trash accumulation (Trash has
blown out of large dumpster and into city right of way and on the ground near
dumpster.), junk accumulation (brush pile along fence, scrap wood, flower pots,
electrical cords, blue tarp, couch, skateboard rails, metal box, pet carrier, etc.), on
the above property.
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a
lid and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes
referencing nuisances, trash containers, and junk accumulation. These are
violations of city code and we will re- inspect the property on March 16, 2010 to
determine if these violations have been corrected.
If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request,
please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from
