Dear Mr. Thompson,
It has been brought to our attention that a partial fence has been constructed on your property
that does not meet current Zoning Regulations.
Enclosed is a copy of Section 1102 of the Zoning Regulations regarding the permitted type of
material allowed for fence construction. Also, our records show that a building permit was NOT
obtained for construction of this fence.
You will need to contact our office regarding a permit or remove the fence completely by
March 26, 2010.
