(A) Grantor is the owner of real estate legally described as Lot 20, Block 37, City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska ( "Property").
(B) The City of Blair, Nebraska ( "Grantee ") desires to access the roof top of the building
located on the Property for purposes of maintaining lighting used during the Christmas holiday
season.
THEREFORE
(1) Grantor hereby grants to Grantee, its agents, employees and assigns, a non - exclusive
license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and install or re- install a line of decorative lighting near the
front edge of the roof top of the Property during the months of October, November, December,
January, February and March of each successive year and specifically excluding the months of April,
May, June, July, August and September unless the Grantee obtains Grantor's prior consent to access
the Property during such excluded months.
(2) This License shall be revocable by Grantor, their successors in interest, assigns, heirs
and personal representatives by giving written notice of such revocation to Grantee.
(3) This License shall not be perpetual and shall not run with the land.
