2180COUNCIL MEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 901.10 OF THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING
ORDINANCE REFERENCING MAXIMUM HEIGHT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE
AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 Section 901.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT of the Blair Zoning Regulations of
Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
901.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT: No structure shall exceed seventy -five (75) feet without a
conditional use permit. No structure shall exceed one hundred fifty (150) feet except an antenna or
transmitting structure.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
