2010-01RESOLUTION N0.2010 - 1 COUNCILMEMBER FANOELE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION: BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the 2010 One and Six Year Plan for the construction, maintenance and repair of the streets of the City of Blair, Nebraska, as prepared by the City Street Superintendent and dated January 12, 2010, be and is hereby adopted with the projects listed on the "Form 7's" attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said plan be filed with the Department of Roads, State of Nebraska. COUNCILMEMBER ABBOTT MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER JENSEN. UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, KEPHART, FANOELE, CHRISTIANSEN, WOLFF, ABBOTT AND JENSEN VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2010.
