As a courtesy, you are hereby notified that you are in violation of Blair City Code Section 8 -505 and 8 -510. You have permitted snow, sleet or ice to accumulate and remain on the sidewalk(s) along and adjacent to the real estate described hereinabove. You have also permitted dog waste to accumulate on this same sidewalk, which is a violation of Blair City Code Section 4 -501. Please be advised if you fail or refuse to remove the snow, sleet, mud, ice or dog excrement from these sidewalks within twenty -four (24) hours of date of delivery of this Notice, the City will cause the same to be removed and the cost of removal shall immediately become due and payable, jointly and severally from the owners and adult occupants of the above - described real estate. If you fail or refuse to pay the cost thereof, a civil suit will be brought by the City without the necessity of any additional formal demand of payment thereof. In addition, failure to comply with this notice may subject you to criminal prosecution pursuant to City of Blair Municipal Code Section 8 -701, which upon conviction thereof will subject you to a fine of up to $500.00 or up to ninety (90) days of incarceration. Please be advised that this is a one -time courtesy. Future violations of the above regulations will not require written notice prior to the City clearing the sidewalks and billing the owners.
