This Easement granted on Gctober ~ ~:~'~ , 2000, by ~,~~~~~~ ~ ~`~'~~~`~~'~~
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor".
Whereas, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot axes t the ast a16 of L®t 4, Block 4 City of Blair, Washington
Counfy, Nebraska.
Whereas, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the City of flair,
Nebraska ("Blair") an easement and license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and
install or re-install a line of decorative lighting near the roof top of the Grantor's building.
Grantee, its agents, employees or representatives shall have the fuA and free
right and access to the exterior of the Grantor's building, including the roof tap to
perform the services and activities contemplated by this Easement.
This Easement and license shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the
land.
