However, due to the lack of your response, the City of Blair hired an individual to clear the sidewalks on December 18, 2009. Enclosed please find an invoice for the clearing of this sidewalk. You have permitted snow, sleet or ice to accumulate and remain on the sidewalk(s) along and adjacent to the real estate described hereinabove. Please be advised if you fail or refuse to remove the snow, sleet, mud or ice from these sidewalks within twenty-four (24) hours of date of delivery of this Notice, the City will cause the same to be removed and the cost of removal shall immediately become due and payable, jointly and severally from the owners and adult occupants of the above-described real estate.
