It has been brought to our attention that you are operating a U- Haul rental and lease establishment at the
property listed above.
This property is currently zoned AjCH (Agricultural/Highway Commercial), which does allow, .bx
Conditional Use Permit. rental and lease establishments; provided however, no rental or lease
'establishments for construction equipment is allowed. Therefore, if you would like to continue operation
of this rental and lease establishment, you will need to complete an application and apply for a
Conditional Use Permit.
Enclosed please find the application form and instructions for filing with the City to have the request
appear before the Planning Commission and City Council for approval. The filing deadline for the next
Planning Commission meeting is December 21, 2009. If you do not want to apply for a Conditional Use
Permit, please discontinue the rental and lease establishment by December 31, 2009.
