On or about December 7, 2009, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property, followed by
an extension and a reprieve due to the amount of snow we received. To date, the
violation has not been corrected as seen in the enclosed photos.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation — Miscellaneous junk, garbage bags,
carpet, etc., piled in a trailer in front of the garage.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about February 2, 2010.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
XX Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation (Miscellaneous junk in
front of garage including lawn bags,
garbage bags, etc.)
Section 6 -310 Appliances in Yard
Section 4 -505 Nuisances
4 -501 and 4 -502
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
