On March 4, 2010, your property was inspected for compliance with the Municipal Code for
junk accumulation. As of that date, your property was still in violation.
You have been granted several extensions allowing you sufficient time to remove the junk
accumulation violation. Because of your lack of non - compliance, a ticket could be issued.
However, due to the extreme winter weather conditions, we will grant you one FINAL extension
until April 25, 2010, allowing you the opportunity to use the citywide clean up to eliminate this
code violation.
Therefore, please be advised we will re -check your property on Monday, April 26, 2010. If your
property is still in violation of this code, you will be issued a ticket for Misdemeanor; Junk

extensions granted.

Dear Mr. Burdess:
On or about November 24, 2009, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property, followed by
an extension due to the extensive snowfall. To date, the violation has not been
corrected.
You will be allowed 30 days from the receipt of this letter to resolve this matter,
which means your property will be re- inspected on or about March 4, 2010. No
additional extensions will be granted unless we get an extensive amount of snow.
