It has been brought to our attention that you have placed a blinking arrow sign at the
above location that does not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A/CH
(Agricultural /Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations regarding temporary signs
restrict their use to grand openings or other special events for a maximum of fifteen (15) days in
a six (6) month period. And the Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to
be placed on city /state right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove this sign no later
than November 30, 2009.
