Dear Nick,

Regarding our correspondence sent to you dated November 11, 2009 in reference to the
temporary storage containers located on your property, you indicated to our office that
you plan to continue to use the temporary storage containers as permanent storage
structures.
Again, you are advised that these containers do not meet current building or zoning
codes for accessory structures, and you will need to remove them by December 31, 2009.
If the structures are not removed by this date, this matter will be turned over to City
Attorney Geoff Hall for further legal action.

RE: Temporary Storage Containers
Dear Nick,
We have received several complaints regarding what appears to be two (2) temporary
storage containers recently placed on your property.
After visiting your property, it is apparent that you have constructed a road to these
containers and possibly plan to use them for longer term storage, which we would
consider accessory structures. However, these containers do not meet current building or
zoning code for accessory structures. Therefore, if you were planning to keep these
containers for more than two (2) weeks, they are in violation of city code, and you will
need to remove them by Monday, November 30, 2009.
