As part of the conditional use permit approval, several stipulations were required as follows: 1) Directional Lighting; 2) Applicant was to work with the Director of Public Works on drainage; 3) A post and cable fence installed along the east side; and 4) Trash be maintained and picked up on a routine basis. It has been brought to our attention through a complaint that the post and cable fence has never been installed along the east side of this property as required by the conditional use permit. Therefore, we ask that you install this fence by August 31, 2009 in order to comply with your conditional use permit. We will inspect the property on or after this date to ensure compliance.
