Dear Mr. Zimmerman:
On or about October 21, 2009, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation - Pieces of white fence, sticks, buckets,
laundry baskets full of bottles, chicken wire around compost, and a small brush pile all
along alley. '
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about November 2, 2009.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:

Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has been
taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and
safe community.
Three (3) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
