RE: Repair of Sidewalk
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Frahm,
We have received a complaint that the sidewalk in front of your property is considered a
tripping hazard.
Section 8 -505 of the Blair Municipal Code requires that every owner of a lot or tract of ground
within the City shall at all times keep and maintain the sidewalk along and adjacent to such
property in good and proper repair and in a condition reasonably safe and suitable for all lawful
travel thereon.
Enclosed is copy of the applicable Municipal Code section for your reference. We would
appreciate your repairing this sidewalk within the next thirty days. Your property will be re-
inspected for compliance on or after September 14, 2009.
