It has been brought to our attention that your grass parking area located on the above property
has become a popular parking area for individuals to sell used vehicles. We have contacted
several individuals requesting they remove the cars from your property because this is a zoning
violation.
As of today's date, all cars have been removed. However, we wanted to bring it to your attention
so that in the future you will monitor this property insuring individuals are not parking cars on
this lot or post the property with a no parking sign indicating unauthorized vehicles will be towed
at that owner's expense.
As property owner, you are ultimately responsible for maintain this property according to city
ordinances. On behalf of the citizens of Blair, we appreciate your cooperation in working with us
to maintain the integrity and appearance of our community.
