located at the property above. Please note that the grass must be maintained on a
regular basis; meaning the weeds and grasses must remain under 12" in height to avoid
violation per city code. This includes city right of way along property listed above
(Please see enclosed photo).
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt
of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about August 26, 2009.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
