This is a courtesy letter to remind all business owners on the 1600 block of Washington St, Blair,
Nebraska to regularly cut the weeds and grasses behind your buildings along the alley.
Permitting, allowing or maintaining growth of twelve inches or more in height of weeds, grasses
or worthless vegetation is a violation of Blair City Code Section 4-506.
If you have been maintaining your property along the alley, we appreciate your cooperation in
this matter and please disregard this notice. If you have not maintained the property above,
please resolve this issue by August 5, 2009.
