You are in violation for a nuisance of noxious weeds and thistles among the
natural grasses located at the property above. (See photo). While we do not ask that
you mow the natural grasses, we do need you to resolve the violation by either
removing or spraying the noxious weeds and thistles within the natural grasses.
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt
of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about July 20, 2009. Again, if
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
