You are in violation for a nuisance of noxious weeds and untrimmed vegetation
located at the property above along the right of way on Highway 75 (See enclosed
pictures for area to mow.)
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt
of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about July 13, 2009. Again, if
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
