To Whom It May Concern:
As the enclosed pictures show, you or someone you have hired has blown grass
clippings onto the trail and the street along Wilbur Street.
Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Code against this type of placing yard waste
(litter) in the public right of way. We ask that you have this area cleaned up and
discontinue this practice immediately.
